Alpha Career College’s Food Service Certificate Program provides you with the necessary training to become an entry-to-mid-level food service worker in Canada. Over the course of four weeks, you’ll be taught the ins and outs of the food service industry, including food safety, sanitation, personal hygiene, and workplace safety.


Upon completing our program, you will earn a food service worker certificate, allowing you to join the industry with no previous experience and advance to more senior positions as your career progresses.

Admission Requirements

  • An Grade 12 Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), or
  • Equivalent: Foreign credentials must be translated into English and assessed for Grade 12 equivalency by a recognized organization, or
  • A mature student with a score of 11 or more on the Wonderlic SLE
