Intensive Case Management Certificate Program

Prepare for a case manager’s expanded responsibilities, with a focus on addictions and homelessness. You’ll work through the full case-management process, from intake and assessment to referrals and closing a file.

Learn to support people with developmental disabilities to live, learn and take part in their communities, in settings such as residential programs, day programs and assisted living.

NACC Personal Support Worker (PSW) DE 2022 Certificate Program

- Hybrid: online + in-person practical
Build the skills to help clients with daily living in long-term care, home care, retirement homes, hospitals and community settings. The program includes a compulsory in-person practical.

All of the programs above are delivered online, except the NACC Personal Support Worker program, which is hybrid: online learning plus a compulsory in-person practical.
